UPDATES

The new pool furniture arrived this afternoon. Bill Wilson (VPH) and I stacked the old, "yucky" furniture under the eave of the clubhouse. We have a maintenance crew coming to pick that furniture up next week. There are 10 more chaise lounge chairs coming so I left some of the nicer old ones out until they arrive. There are six new tables with umbrellas (umbrellas are not out yet because we got rained out). We are going to have a sign made that reminds people to put the umbrellas down after use so that they don't get blown away during a rain storm. Until that sign arrives, please remind your friends and neighbors to put the umbrellas down when they leave. Thank you, in advance, for your cooperation.

The landscapers have notified CCAM that they are ordering the additional pine straw for bare areas around the entrance & clubhouse. They will also be installing new flower beds next month. We will keep you posted when we know of a more definitive date.

Village Park Homes has asked that the bare areas around the newly installed sidewalks get hydro-seeded. They have also asked CCAM to get quotes for the much needed landscaping in the Bellmeade areas. We will keep you posted on the progress of this as well.

Finally, we are tentatively planning for another community meeting on Saturday, May 21st beginning at 9:00 AM at the clubhouse. Once I know it's firmed up, I will let you know. Have a great weekend! -Patty
